SME Bank and Board of Grievances Agree to Integrate Administrative Enforcement Procedures and Digital Services

On Monday, October 14, 2024, SME Bank and the Board of Grievances signed a cooperation agreement to establish digital and procedural integration between the two entities. The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Board of Grievances in Riyadh, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SME Bank, and His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council.

 

The agreement aims to facilitate the execution of enforcement requests and transactions in favor of the Administrative Enforcement Court and its digital platform. This initiative is part of the Board of Grievances' efforts to streamline digital service procedures related to the enforcement system. It also aligns with the Administrative Judicial Council’s decision to ensure that administrative entity enforcement is conducted digitally, ensuring the quality and efficiency of administrative enforcement operations.

 

The Board of Grievances is committed to continually enhancing the administrative enforcement process through direct integration with all administrative entities and completing full operational alignment. This initiative aims to regulate and streamline administrative enforcement procedures with the highest levels of transparency, while ensuring the rapid and confidential exchange of data, alongside governance of transactions. It aligns with the Board’s strategic objective of achieving quality, which remains a core priority of its overall strategy.
