SME Bank Launches “Educational Sector Financing Program” Tuesday, 5 November 2024
The SME Bank has announced the launch of the “Educational Sector Financing Program” during Biban 2024, aiming to empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the education sector by providing tailored financial solutions that support the sector’s development, sustainability, and growth.
The launch event was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises) and His Excellency the Minister of Education, Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SME Bank), along with representatives from four participating commercial banks: Arab National Bank, Bank Albilad, Saudi First Bank, and Bank Aljazira.
This program represents a step forward in the bank's efforts to expand the reach of its financial services and empower developmental sectors, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The Educational Financing Program seeks to enable educational institutions to achieve greater financial stability and address potential challenges, thereby contributing to an improved quality of education and the overall development of the educational system.
